Shipping policy

It is our goal to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Pre-made orders will be shipped within two business days in most cases. The lead time on custom orders will vary depending on size. We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur while an order is in transit. Most shipping companies are experiencing unprecedented volume and longer ship times than usual.  A reship or refund will not be issued until a package is declared lost by the shipping company. At that time, we will follow the claims process as required by the shipper and do everything in our power to get you the items you need. Thank you for your patience and understanding should any of these issues occur.
