Pick Up Order Policy
We require payment in full to hold any item. All pick up orders must be picked up within 30 days unless a special arrangement has been made. If not picked up, we reserve the right to restock your item and issue you a store credit. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up within 30 days.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after an order has been shipped or picked up. If you place an order and choose to cancel before the item is shipped or picked up, you may do this by contacting us directly. However, there may be a transaction fee deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to charge a 5% cancellation fee. Please read item's description thoroughly and ask any questions before placing your order.

Product Policy
We work hard to provide quality products to our customers. Many of our items are vintage, antique, and secondhand and are recommended for decorative use. We do not make any guarantees about functionality or safety of secondhand items.
